Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel

We loved our recent stay at Ramada Plaza! The staff, especially Ms. Soumya, Ms. Karen, Mr. Zaheer, and Mr. Mohamed, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety, although we would have liked more options in the cheese section. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we appreciated the early check-in and late check-out they provided. The city view from our room was fantastic, and the service from the hotel staff made us feel like we were staying in a 5-star hotel. The pool was a hit with our kids and made their summer break enjoyable. Special mention to Ms. Kishi at the reception for her professionalism and warm personality, Mr. Mahmood from Concierge for his helpfulness, Mr. Danish from Housekeeping for his attention to detail, and Mr. Bikram the pool attendant for his warm greetings.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

I chose this hotel for a training session due to its close proximity to business centers, the gold souk, and famous sightseeing attractions. The availability of 3 meeting rooms for events was convenient for my work requirements.

The only service that I missed for my work was the unavailability of a reliable and responsive in-room wifi connection.

Located in the heart of the city, we loved how close this hotel was to the Metro Station and so many restaurants. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries and iron box. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

We did experience a few issues during our stay. Some of the staff members had varying attitudes towards us, which we found confusing.

The hotel offered a variety of amenities and services, including a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool to enjoy. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. the complimentary breakfast provided a good selection of options to start the day off right.

I loved staying at this hotel for its fantastic location - it was so close to the metro station and even the airport was just a quick drive away. The staff members were helpful and always went out of their way to assist me. The lounge chair in my room was comfortable, and the hotel had a great mix of facilities to keep everyone happy.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel had a pool and whirlpool, several dining options, a tour desk, and a shuttle service. The restaurant offered casual buffet dining and the spa had various treatments. Complimentary WiFi was provided. Wow, so much to do!

I was so disappointed that the hotel didn't have flying unicorns and a personal butler. How can they call themselves a luxury hotel without these essentials?

The lobby, with its elegant sitting area and contemporary art, provided a classy setting for relaxation. The inviting ambiance made it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

We had an amazing stay at this venue! The location of this hotel was great as it was only 200 meters from a metro station, which made it very easy for us to explore the area. The staff here were incredibly helpful, especially the receptionist Sheetal and the manager Glen, who gave us some great advice for our next destination. We were granted a late check-out by the very good reservation staff, which was a nice touch.

Good location near metro, fast and free wifi, and comfortable bed. We were actually surprised to find complimentary minibar with snacks and drinks in our room. Overall we had a nice stay at Ramada.

Great staff, helpful and kind. Fast check-in. Well-oriented employees. Convenient location. Spacious and organized room. Nice add-ons in the room. Superb breakfast.

I keep coming back for the amazing service and amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and rooftop pool. At my first stay, the staff gave taxi tips - so helpful! With Wi-Fi, coffee shop, and city-break vibe, it's my go-to in Dubai.

The room was so cozy with a cute sitting area that made me feel right at home. I loved the individually controlled air conditioning which was a lifesaver in the Dubai heat.

I found the kettle a bit small for making multiple cups of tea.
